Derrick Ramsey, the first African American starting quarterback in the University of Kentucky’s history and Super Bowl Champion, personifies leadership. He is known for his service to Kentuckians in various state government positions. Derrick is also an accomplished author, having published his new book, “They Call Me Mr. Secretary."
